Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!  We offer free returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving the order bearing in mind the exceptions below.  You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Health and Personal Care items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products.
  • All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.

Login to our online return portal at the link below using your email address and order ID.

Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all items back to us using the label provided.

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
